Micro Invoice is a workflow and payment-request tool operated by Micro Invoice. It helps businesses prepare invoices, create payment links, and send customer notifications.
Micro Invoice does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance advice. Businesses using the service remain responsible for the accuracy of invoices, service descriptions, pricing, taxes, refunds, consumer disclosures, and customer communication consent.
Quote approval links are private bearer links: anyone who receives or is forwarded the link may be able to submit the single decision. Approval records capture the signer's stated authority, selected items, agreed amount, timestamp, and request metadata, but do not independently verify the signer's identity. The issuing business remains responsible for determining whether email verification, additional signatures, contracts, permits, cancellation notices, or other disclosures are required for the work.
Payment processing is provided by third-party processors such as Stripe, and messaging delivery is provided by Twilio or equivalent providers. Service availability, payment acceptance, and message delivery depend on those providers and on carrier, browser, and device support.
The information, generated documents, and payment links provided through Micro Invoiceare offered on an as-available basis for operational convenience. Review every invoice before sending it to a customer.
