Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Micro Invoice collects and uses information when businesses useMicro Invoice.
We collect account information, business profile details, customer contact details, quote and invoice content, payment status, and SMS delivery data that are necessary to operate the application. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we also process the provider's account identifier, email address, and basic profile name. We do not store the provider access token. We record email-verification status and limited authentication security events. Administrative suspension and restoration actions, including the stated reason, are retained for service security and audit purposes. When someone submits a quote decision, we also record the decision, signer name, customer name shown at the time, exact quote version, selected line items, approved amount, displayed consent statement, timestamp, and limited request metadata such as IP address and browser user agent for audit and fraud-prevention purposes.
We use this information to authenticate users, generate invoices, create payment links, deliver transaction messages, detect misuse, and maintain service records.
Service data is shared with infrastructure and operational providers that support the product, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and file storage, Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for transactional messaging, Resend for account-verification email, and Google or Microsoft when you choose those providers for authentication. Customer mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Businesses are responsible for collecting any consent required before messaging their customers and for ensuring the content they send complies with applicable law.
